Remote access technology has made it possible for you to connect to the office PC and access your MYOB software online as long as you have a computer, or an iPhone, or iPad with internet connection.   Thus allowing you to work from home, or work while on the road, and allow your branches to access the HQ server.

How it works - how to access your PC remotely from anywhere

Our solution is a cost-saving, maintenance free solution that  requires you to install a terminal server software onto your HQ 'server' at your premise.   A 'server' in this context is a physical computer at the HQ that serves the needs of users of the other computers on the network.  

The HQ server can be an existing computer operating on Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Server 2003, Server 2008 operating systems, OR it can be a dedicated computer that is used solely as a database server, file server, mail server or print server.   For the other computers accessing the HQ server, you can even use your old PC running on Win95, 98, Me, Win2000, XP, Vista, Linux, Mac or Handphone to connect to your PC at HQ. 

This solution does NOT require a monthly fee, nor software maintenance fee. Nor does it require you to change your current operating system. 

In fact, you don't have to purchase any new hardware if your existing PC's meet the minimum specifications.  Just allow us to install the terminal sever software onto your server, and within hours of configuring the server,   we will show you a new login screen with new user ID and password, and you will be able to access your PC and MYOB Accounting software. 

Our solution uses the Remote Desktop Connection (RDC) application that comes with every Windows based PC. if you are using Mac, there is a RDC for Mac.
